BGCM takes a stand against childhood obesity in Monmouth County
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Monmouth County (BGCM) launched two nutritional and healthy lifestyle programs for BGCM members this summer: “Family Dinner and a Movie” night and “Rolling Into: Healthy Eating Skills.” These programs aim to incorporate healthy living and active learning in every part of the Club experience. Both programs place a strong emphasis on healthy habits, good nutrition, regular physical activity and improving overall well-being.
